Pocket eSchool
Makes School Administration Mobile on a Palm or on a Windows
Mobile/Pocket
PC
- Pocket eSchool lets your data be mobile: student schedules,
contact information, demographic data, medical information,
attendance data, teacher schedules, room schedules, the
entire master schedule, all rosters, and bus lists. Schedules
have a real time feature -- currently meeting classes
are marked.
- Runs on Palm (including the new Tungsten T5 and Life
Drive handhelds
and the new Treo 650 and 700 smart phones) and all models of
Windows Mobile/Pocket
PC handhelds.
- Allows multiple types of downloads, with different data
sets, for different people who have various data needs:
superintendents, principals, deans, hall monitors, school
office secretaries, staff on field trips, school nurses,
school security, truancy officers, public security, and
bus/transportation coordinators.
- Useful when the school's student information system
is down due to power outages, natural disasters, or other
emergencies. Useful on school grounds, off campus, and
in bus/transportation
emergencies.
- District staff can have data from multiple schools on
one handheld, complete with pictures or every student,
teacher, and staff member.
- Works with most Student Information Systems.
Has newly built bridge procedures for SASIxp and
PowerSchool users.
