The Pocket eSchool User Manual Access Page

Pocket eSchool has an extensively annotated user manual which is implemented in two formats: 1) an online version of hyperlinked web pages --the on-line version gives you immediate access and 2) an off-line version which is a compiled html help file -- the off-line version must be downloaded to your computer.  Once downloaded, it also gives immediate access. 

Html help files have some very convenient features: a table of contents navigational tree which aids in browsing the manual, a keyword index feature, and a search by keyword feature.

Download Instructions:

To download the manual, click on the click here hyperlink in option 2 above.  When you are presented with the File Download dialogue box, click on the Save button.  When you are presented with the Save As dialogue box, select Desktop.  If you don't see Desktop listed, scroll the list of files until you see Desktop.  You can also use the Save in dropdown, at the top of the Save As box, to select Desktop.   After Desktop has been selected, click on the Save button to initiate the download.

Once the file has been downloaded and saved to your Desktop, you can close or minimize your browser and look for an icon with a large yellow question mark and the caption, Pocket eSchool.chm.  Double-click it in order to launch the manual.  The manual may have to be relocated and resized.  To do this, drag it to the top of your screen. Put your mouse cursor onto any edge.  When the cursor turns into a double-sided arrow, drag to resize it.
