One of the unique features of Pocket eSchool is its ability to store and display your school's entire master schedule in several very convenient formats. The Course form tour below accesses the master schedule from three directions: 1) by department, 2) by course, and 3) by meeting room. Both the roster forms and the room schedule forms have various options for jumping to other forms. This jumping is illustrated and described fully in topic Navigation Basics

There are three main menu buttons relating to the master schedule: Departments, Courses, and Rooms. An example of each is given below.
Figure 2-18
When the Department button is tapped on the main menu, the course list is presented in department and course name alpha order. The list grid shows the department, course name and section count for each course offered in the school.

When the Course button is tapped on the main menu, the course list is presented in course name alpha order. The two course lists in Figure 2-18 and Figure 2-19 are essentially the same, except for the order in which the courses are presented.

Tapping a course row on either version of the course forms directs Pocket eSchool to display a section list. Here, the course, named Agriculture IV, was tapped. This form has both a Term and Jump Link option which are described in Navigation Basics.

One of the most frequent jumps from the section form is to the section roster. The section roster form lists the name of the course, section information, and a list of the students who are members of the class (based on the term specifications). From the roster form, students can be accessed in a variety of ways.

The room list is displayed when the Room button is tapped on the main menu. The room list is presented in alpha order. Each room row also lists the number of sections scheduled into each room.

When a room entry is tapped on the room list, the room's schedule is displayed. As is the case with other schedule forms, the tap link options can be used to display detail data or jump to other related forms.

When the tap link option is set to Detail, the room's schedule detail can be viewed.
